Flat rate shipping is as low as $3.60 for anywhere in the US. Shipping to Canada is as low as $4.60. Anywhere else in the world is $9. If you are ordering outside the US and you want to arrange special shipping rates click here to write to us.
Do I have to order online?
No! You can also email us or call 619.935.5407 from 9 am to 6 pm PST Mon-Friday to order or arrange special shipping. We can take your credit card number over the phone.
Can I return or exchange my bags?
YES! We can exchange your bags for different colors or return it if unused. Give us a heads up within 30 days by clicking here and then mail us back your bags.
Where are Sam Bags made?
Sam Bags are manufactured in China in accordance with fair trade - fair labor practices.
Are Sam Bags just for grocery shopping?
NO! The Use It Again Sam™ bag is a great looking hip bag that you can use for everything from shopping, errands, travel, kids toys and even uses like a book or diaper bag.
Can I machine wash my Sam Bags?
YES! Use cold water and line dry. You can touch up with a warm (not hot) iron if needed.
What kind of warranty do Sam Bags have?
Sam Bags have a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Email us your problem and we’ll get on it. We want you to be happy!
What do I do with my old Sam Bags?
Sam Bags are manufactured with 100% recyclable polyester. When your Sam Bag has reached the end of its life send it back to us to recycle. We’ll give you a $1 credit toward a new bag.
