Do I have to order online?
No! You can also email us or call 619.935.5407 from 9 am to 6 pm PST Mon-Friday to order or arrange special shipping. We can take your credit card number over the phone.
Can I return or exchange my bags?
YES! We can exchange your bags for different colors or return it if unused. Give us a heads up within 14 days by clicking here and then mail us back your bags.

YES! Use cold water and line dry. You can touch up with a warm (not hot) iron if needed.

Nae's Earth bags are extremely durable with reasonable use. We recommend having separate bags for grocery shopping and for other uses such as errands or clothes shopping.
Heavy sharp edged corners and carrying heavy loads (such as a watermelon) and then scraping the bag against a wall are a couple of examples that might cause your bags to tear. So use your bags wisely and they will last!
Nae's Earth bags have a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Email us your problem and we’ll get on it. We want you to be happy!
What do I do with my old Nae's Earth bags?
Nae's Earth bags are manufactured with 100% recyclable polyester. When your Sam Bag has reached the end of its life send it back to us to recycle. We’ll give you a $1 credit toward a new bag.
How does using Nae's Earth help the planet?
Nae's Earth bags are not only reusable and fashionable but sustainable. For example you can buy a $1 bag at many of the larger chains, but those bags won’t hold up to continual day to day use, to washing, or to time. Cheaper bags don’t hold up and are often bulky. In essence they are still polluting the earth. By using a reusable Nae's Earth bag you are making a difference every single day AND you look great doing it!

BAG size: 21 inches wide, 18 inches tall with a 4 inch gusset on the bottom that expands adding 8 inches of volume to the inside
Pouch size: 4.5 inches X 4 inches
How do you fold the bag back into the pouch?
1. Turn the bag inside out
2. With pouch on the right fold so that the bottom fold is flush with bottom of pouch edge, continue to fold till edges top and bottom are flush with the pouch edges.
3. Fold this in half toward the pouch and then fold two more times, it will then be the size of the pouch.
4. Invert this into the pouch. Voila!
